Kalasan Fried Chicken

Material:

1 fat free range chicken, cut into 4 parts

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp garlic

500 ml coconut water

50 g Java sugar, comb

2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

1 bay leaf

cooking oil

Seasoning, puree:

8 red onions

4 cloves garlic

1 cm galangal

tsp pepper granules

1 tsp salt

How to make:

1. Coat the chicken with lime juice and garlic until smooth. Leave it for

1 hour.

2. Boil coconut water with ground spices, bay leaf, sugar and sweet soy sauce.

3. Enter the chicken, cook until the gravy runs out and the chicken is soft. Lift and drain

    chicken until cold.

4. Fry in hot oil and plenty of it until dry. Remove, serve warm.
