INGREDIENTS :

120 grams of chicken breast

20 grams paprika powder

100 grams of carrots

80 grams Pakchoy

80 grams of onions

50 grams of green bell pepper

80 gram danish blue cheese

50cc white wine

100 cc of cream

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE A NEW ZEALAND SPECIAL ROCK CHICKEN (NEW ZEALAND):

1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and paprika powder, then grill.

2. Cut the vegetables into cubes, then boil and drain.

3. Saute the chopped onions, then add the white wine cream and danish blue

    cheese.

4. Beat until the cheese is mixed and add salt and pepper to taste.

Ready to serve while warm.
